Appointment Management

Firstly, my apologies, this is out of my control due to the way my website domain host operates, so they've made it a little tricky.

Members area

In order to make any changes, you need to become a member of my site! I know, another thing you need to sign up for but I promise you, this is not my choice.

If you go to the 'top right' of your screen, you'll see an option to 'login', it should look something like this

NB if you're using a mobile, you might have to select the menu in the top left hand corner for the login to appear

If you are a member, please login with your login details.

If you are new, please select 'sign up' and choose which ever option you prefer

Once you are logged in, if you go to the top right hand corner of the screen again, you should see your name and if you click on the arrow next to your name, the following menu will appear

Click on 'my bookings'

FYI - from here you can view your orders, overview of your account, your wallet etc

As you will see, the 'my bookings' is highlighted in pink and you will see any bookings you have 'upcoming' and 'history'

Simply select the booking your require and select either 'reschedule' or click the arrow to show the 'cancel' option
