Hypnotherapy/NLP/PLR - Past Life Regression/Reiki Session Guidance

 

Please ensure the following to enable you to have an uninterrupted session for 1-2 hours, depending on the session

• Use headphones to ensure you can focus on my voice and I can hear you

• You may respond by crying, shouting, laughing, etc., which is perfectly fine and normal. However, if you have others in the house during an online session, please make sure they are aware

• A comfy chair or somewhere to lie down. You will need to hear my voice and I will need to see you, to monitor any movements etc. You do not need to see me

• As you relax, you will need to ensure your neck is supported by cushions, pillows etc

• Ensure the sun will not be shining in your eyes at any time and make sure there is a light on

• A timer is handy to set for 2hrs as should you feel sleepy after the session, this will wake you up

• Always drink plenty of water before the session

• Warm clothes, slippers or a blanket as you may get chilly

• I may need to see your hands placed on your lap, depending on the type of session, so have additional cushions to hand

• Try to wear different colour clothing to the cushions used eg if you rest your hands on black cushions and you are wearing a black top, sometimes it's difficult to see if your hands are reacting (if relevant)

• Comfy cushions

• Turn off all phones, electrical devices and any other device that may interrupt the session

• If you are attending The Wellbeing Clinic, the above will be catered for

All clients are to vacate the premises by 7.30pm.  The Wellbeing Clinic is on the corner, opposite the pet shop and the church. Please look for the entrance to Sole Luna as below -

Sole Luna is part of the clinic and the normal working hours for the shop are

​

Monday - Closed

Tuesday - 2pm to 6pm

Wednesday - 2pm to 6pm

Thursday - 10am to 2pm

Friday - 10am to 2pm

Saturday - 10am to 4pm

Sunday - closed

If the shop is open, one of the shop ladies will greet you.  Please feel free to sit in the waiting area below

If the shop is closed, please wait outside the front door and I will come and get you as soon as I finish the current session.  There is also a cafe next door should you wish to arrive earlier and grab yourself a cuppa

You will have a comfy chair to sit on to ensure you're safe and supported during the session.  If you wish to bring slippers, please do so.  Blankets will be offered to keep you warm.

REMEMBER TO PURCHASE A FREE TICKET FROM THE MACHINE IF YOU PARK AT CHURCH STREET CAR PARK

All U18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless the parent or guardian provides written confirmation that they give their permission for their child U18 to undergo hypnotherapy.
