Hi, I'm Jane, a Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner, specialising in Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) and Transformational Coaching (HNT) for both adults and children (U14 by exception) (I am also DBS-enhanced certified)

However, I'm easygoing, very down to earth and easy to talk to.  I won't throw big marketing words at you to try and impress you, I'll listen to what you have to say and we'll move forward in a calm, friendly manner.  It's really important we have this first meeting as it will allow us to get to know one another.  I will also talk you through any queries or questions you may have.

Trauma is trauma no matter how big or small!

What is trauma? Trauma is the result of an experience, regardless of how big or small. Everyone suffers differently! You may hear it referred to as PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), but to me trauma is trauma, regardless of what label we put on it
