Cancellation Policy
At 7 Purple Feathers Ltd, we strive to provide a positive and supportive environment for all our clients. Here's what you need to know about scheduling and cancellations: Booking Appointments All sessions are to be paid in full at the time of booking Home visits - any additional expenses to be agreed in advance and paid in full at time of booking eg petrol Appointment Changes and Cancellations We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
