Step 1: Secure Your Voucher
Select your desired amount and complete your purchase securely via SumUp. You will receive an automated payment receipt immediately.
Step 2: Service Consultation (Within 48 Hours)
Within 48 hours of your purchase, I will contact you via the email address provided at checkout. This allows me to understand which service is required and ensure it is the right fit for you. You can view my full range of services at here
Step 3: Receive Your Booking Link Once your service is confirmed
I will forward a dedicated booking link to you. This allows you to select a date and time from my calendar that fits your schedule.

Terms and Conditions
1. How you receive your voucher Vouchers are created by 7 Purple Feathers Ltd and processed through SumUp once your payment is confirmed.
2. Consultation Window I will contact you within 48 hours of your payment to confirm your service requirements before I send over your booking link.
3. Redemption Vouchers are redeemable against any current service listed here, subject to my availability.
4. Expiry Date The specific expiry date is stated on the gift card. Any unused balance after this date will be void and cannot be extended or refunded.
5. Partial Balances If the service cost is lower than the voucher value, the remaining credit stays on the voucher for you to use later. If the service price exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance is due at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations A 14-day refund period applies to any unused voucher. Once a service is booked, my standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. If you cancel a booking with more than 24 hours’ notice, the value will be credited back to your voucher.
7. Limitations Vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be resold. I reserve the right to cancel any voucher if I suspect it is being used fraudulently
