PLR – Echoes of Forgotten Lives™
Echoes of Forgotten Lives™ is a spiritually-led regression that blends deep inner journeying and hypnotherapy. It’s less about “fixing” and more about soul remembrance, archetypes and symbolic insight. The session usually begins with grounding and intention-setting, followed by a gentle hypnotic induction that allows past-life scenes or impressions to surface. We explore what arises, honour emotional release and bring back practical, integrative guidance to use in your life now. This work often reveals symbolic patterns, soul groups and energetic roles that illuminate current challenges and gifts and is often a lot of fun!
Each session will unfold in it's own way. Therefore, I may bring in other techniques to any session as I see fit. Everyone is different. There are no guarantees
