Tinnitus Management
Tinnitus is not just an ear issue, it’s how the brain interprets and responds to internal sound. Using hypnotherapy and NLP we work to reduce the perceived loudness and emotional impact of tinnitus, retrain the brain’s attention and build effective coping strategies. Over time many clients experience less intrusion, improved sleep and reduced anxiety around sound. Some even experience no sound at all!
Each session will unfold in it's own way. Therefore, I may bring in other techniques to any session as I see fit. Everyone is different. There are no guarantees
