No returns or refunds. A new report will be offered if there is an input error by 7 Purple Feathers Ltd.

The report is generated by the information supplied by the client and therefore if the client provides incorrect information, the original report will not be refunded. If a new report is required using the correct details, a completely new order will be required to be placed by the client
