To help things run smoothly, here are a few important details about booking your session: 📅 Booking Your Appointment All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. For home visits, any additional costs (such as travel expenses) will be clearly agreed in advance and must also be paid at the time of booking. 🔄 Changing or Cancelling Your Session We completely understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate, as that time has been reserved just for you. 🚫 Right to Decline We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments if necessary — though we’ll always do our best to be flexible and fair.
