Whats it all about?
Sessions covered - Hypnotherapy/NLP Sessions - 4 or 5 sessions - allow a week between sessions Session duration - between 40-90mins Content - An initial conversation to see if anything has changed since the consultation. I will tailor all sessions based on your responses. You will be safe at all times and if I have any concerns, I will very gently and safely, bring you back to the present. The session will not be recorded Useful information - Please read the ‘hypnotherapy’ guidelines which will be emailed to you after booking confirmation Everyone is different, no guarantees are offered. Client Safety and Considerations In the interest of safeguarding all clients, please be aware that I am unable to provide services to individuals with the following conditions: Epilepsy not under control with medication (Written permission from your doctor will be required), Psychosis, Learning disabilities that hinder sustained focus, Diagnosed alcoholism. Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or experiencing impaired concentration. Children under 5 years of age. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, with written consent from the adult unless otherwise agreed in advance Aftercare - Email support is available after sessions. To help things run smoothly, here are a few important details about booking your session: 📅 Booking Your Appointment All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. For home visits, any additional costs (such as travel expenses) will be clearly agreed in advance and must also be paid at the time of booking. 🔄 Changing or Cancelling Your Session We completely understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate, as that time has been reserved just for you. 🚫 Right to Decline We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments if necessary — though we’ll always do our best to be flexible and fair.
