A Past Life Regression session offers you the opportunity to explore experiences, emotions or patterns that may feel difficult to explain in your present life. Through guided hypnosis, we’ll see what unfolds and what insights you can take from the experience.

This is my most in-depth one-to-one experience, bringing together Past Life Regression, Tarot, somatic exploration and my own Timelines of the Soul™ cards. We allow the session to unfold around you, exploring the patterns, feelings and questions that are asking for your attention.
