Booking Process: All sessions must be booked through the dedicated scheduling link found on each service's detail page. There is no single central booking page.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your session slot. We accept payments via PayPal.
Pricing: The price for your chosen session will be clearly displayed to you at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your booking and payment are successfully processed. This email will contain details about your session, including the date, time, and location and/or meeting link
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule your session using the original meeting link sent to you in your confirmation email.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a 100% refund of the session fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable and the full session fee will be retained. We reserve this time exclusively for you, and late cancellations prevent other clients from booking the slot.
No-Shows: If you miss your session without providing any notice (a "No-Show"), the session fee is forfeited and you will not be entitled to a refund or free reschedule.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that 7 Purple Feathers Ltd needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will notify you immediately. You will be offered the option to:
Reschedule to a mutually convenient time.
Receive a full and prompt refund of the session fee.
Punctuality and Late Arrivals: Sessions will start promptly at the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be automatically cancelled and the full session fee will be forfeited with no refund offered. If you are late by less than 10 minutes, your session will still end at the original time.
Preparation: Please ensure you are prepared for your session as outlined in [Where they can find prep details, e.g., the confirmation email or session description].
Session Length: Session durations are as specified at the time of booking.
For the safety of all clients and in compliance with safeguarding best practices, please note the following restrictions:
Exclusions: We are unable to work with individuals who are experiencing unmanaged epilepsy (without GP consent), psychosis, certain learning difficulties, or those currently under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Age Restriction: We do not offer sessions for children under 5 years of age.
Minors (Under 18s): The session must be booked by, and payment must be received from, a parent or legal guardian for any client under the age of 18.
Children Under 14: Clients under the age of 14 must have an adult close by and readily available for the duration of the session. This arrangement allows the child to respond freely during the session. The accompanying adult must also provide written consent, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Purpose: The Complimentary Consultation is a free session intended solely to discuss your needs and potential future sessions.
Scope: No work is carried out and no service is delivered during the Complimentary Consultation. This session is for discussion and planning purposes only.
Non-Attendance Policy: If a client fails to attend 2 scheduled Complimentary Consultations, the third consultation requested will be charged for at an appropriate cost, to be communicated at the time of booking.

Data Storage: All client and operational data, including Safeguarding/Health Notes and Contact & Identity Data, is stored securely within the Google Workspace platform, which adheres to stringent data protection standards.

We will not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. The retention period will vary depending on the data type:
Contractual Data (Contact & Identity): Retained for 6 years following the last session to comply with legal, accounting, and tax requirements.
Special Categories of Data (Adult Health/Safeguarding Notes): Retained for 8 years after the final session, unless we are legally required to keep it longer for safeguarding purposes.(Under 18 Health/Safeguarding Notes): Retained until the clients 25th birthday or 26th if treatment concluded at 17, after the final session, unless we are legally required to keep it longer for safeguarding purposes.
Technical & Usage Data: Retained for 3 months for site security and performance analysis.
